I took this photograph during my first day of tracking. We had stopped to observe a small group of female and young elephants when I saw this trio appear out of the bush ahead of us.
They met with the other group and carried on browsing together. Elephants are known to have greeting ceremonies for individuals who have been away from the group for a while. This involves ‘hugging’ with their trunks.
This limited edition fine art print comes with a certificate of authenticity with hologram, photographer’s signature and edition number in series. These prints will not be offered for sale again once the current editions sell out.
